Those make me very nervous. First, I am not confident that the material from which they're made will hold up well over time. Second, it's certainly true for the rear emblem but maybe the front emblem too - they're not flat as this picture shows. I don't imagine that this product would work as we'd want it to.Found these on ebay
If you look at the size, it's much smaller than the logos on the front hood and rear trunk.
Which double sided tape did you use, most of them are too thickthe rear- you can remove the adhesive and its hollow underneath. use 3M double stick tape
the front- theres plastic backing giving you zero space to work with. i used E6800 industrial adhesive
Did the same thing...liked the chrome highlight.I used 4" detail tape and made my own. I like being different, so I did this with mine...View attachment 460384 View attachment 460385 View attachment 460386
I like the chrome look, just in small highlights. Think outside the box and have fun with it.
Good luck and enjoy your 3
Where did you get that, if you do t mind linking.I purchased real carbon fiber “T” emblem that goes over the chrome. Looks a lot nicer in my opinion.
Probably cause they (and everyone else) got a cease and desist for anything logo, name, TM, or copyright related.I got it from RPM Tesla but I see they no longer carry it. I’m not sure why.
Wow I went to the 3 websites I ordered from in the past (RPM, Abstract Ocean and Evvanex) all no longer have “T” logo accessories. I’m sure you can still grab stuff on eBay but to get a higher quality products you probably can’t anymore. It’s a shame. The best option would probably be to paint the emblem or have it wrapped if you don’t want the chrome finish. I honestly feel Tesla should have it come in a matte black since other areas such as the pillars and door handles that previously came in chrome are now in the matte black.Probably cause they (and everyone else) got a cease and desist for anything logo, name, TM, or copyright related.
Sadly I bet RPM Tesla is scrambling to find a new company name too.

That's simply not the case, at least for us. Everything we sell is manufactured for us, to our specs, and sold under our brand. Obviously, some of the products appear to be similar, but the devil is always in the detail. Most of the Tesla specific reseller sites are just pushing the same MiC stuff found on Alibaba/Aliexpress, eBay and similar.
