Bluetooth and Call Waiting

I have an iphone 13 and just picked up my new S. I am having the same problem as my 2018 S and when i go to end a call and switch over to another call I cannot hear the new caller and have to take the phone off of Bluetooth. In other words call waiting isn't working and I cannot hear the new caller. Any advice?

No advice but I'd like to see the solution to this as well. This has been a bug for me for a while. Happened in my 2018 M3 as well.
