Bluetooth discovery not discovering Android phone.

So, I had my Bluetooth Android phone all working fine for a week ... except when phone rings nothing on dash to answer it ...

Had to get phone replaced. RIP'd it. Exactly same model again. Motorola Droid.

Turned Bluetooth on and discover mode on phone.

Told S to forget old Droid. It deleted it from its list.

Went to search for new phone ... waited ten minutes .. several times. No dice. Reset center console. Still nothing. Am I missing something, including a sweet spot where bluetooth antenna is?

Just some random thoughts....

1. Power cycle your phone too...
2. Remember, the S is scanning for your phone.... Make sure it's discoverable and not searching for a device.
3. Make sure if the phone was previously paired you also delete Model S from your phone.
4. The note 2 I have has about 10 prompts after pairing for BT access... Make sure you ok them all before exiting the car.

I just got a Galaxy SIII and I have the odd anomaly that I must have WiFi on for it to connect via Bluetooth.

As long as WiFi is on Bluetooth connects every time flawlessly.
