Bluetooth issues

Recently people have started telling me they can't understand me when I'm using Bluetooth. I tried removing my phone's bluetooth connection from the car and even wiping my phone and still had the same issue. I asked my wife and she said people can't understand her either. This started about a month ago I think.

I'm going to make an appointment to have service look at it. Does anybody know if there is a newer bluetooth module available since late December 2014? I'm hoping if there is a new bluetooth module things will be even better than they were when we first got the car.
