Bluetooth media not working Model 3 [on salvage model 3 in europe]

My Bluetooth media stop working suddenly, its now not seeing any other phone which was connected or any new phone. I deleted forgot devices from both side but still no result. I rebooted system by holding 2 scrolls on wheel and even did a factory reset. Nothing helping. Bluetooth key working well, wi-fi and LTE also working normally. Everything working except Bluetooth media.
I tried with many other devices also still no results.
My car not under warranty so service center doesn’t want to look at my problem.

Does Bluetooth still work for phone calls? If not, there might be a hardware issue. Service should deal with it, even if you have to pay.

No, not working. I can not connect any device to car. Bluetooth key working well. Service center doesn’t want to look even im telling them im ready to pay

Did you actually schedule a service appointment using the app? I don’t see how they can refuse to provide service, regardless of warranty status.

I was fixing computer and tore it off by mistake. Anybody knows for what it is and how to find new?

Likely Because its a salvage vehicle.
