Bluetooth phone issues

An irksome problem with Bluetooth phone is that if unbuckled, the phone screen is gone and even if you tebuckle,it does not return, you can't hang up phone on touchscreen an d have to use the phone itself. Also the Tesla voice recognition does not recognize some alternate spellings of names in contacts, eg it can't find Theresa with H. It finds Teresa,and, Terry but never Theresa. Also never finds Shelley with E. Finds Shelly, even Shirley for Shelley but never Shelley. Othe voice recognition in other cars this fine.

Sometimes I change a contact to a nickname that my phone and/or car can recognize. Language recognition has come a long way but

My wife has a very unusual name that sounds like something else much more common and the car just can’t get it right (it’s like voice recognition autocorrect), so I made a contact called “wife.” Problem solved.
