Bluetooth woes

MX friends,

An issue has cropped and wondering if there is a quick tip or trip to resolve it.

We can longer connect to our phones via MX via bluetooth. We tried un-pairing and paring again. We have reset the screen a few times (it needs to be reset every other day anyways). No luck so far. I see the Tesla MX in my phone's bluetooth menu but it cannot connect. MX does not show any bluetooth devices at all. Tried different phones but not luck.

I would also delete the bluetooth profile of the MX from your phone. Start from scratch on both phone and car and also reboot phone. May also help to toggle bluetooth off and on and maybe toggle airplane mode.

Here is what I did that worked :
- Chose Forget device in the Bluetooth menu on iPhone
- Reset Tesla screen by simultaneous press of scroll wheels the steering wheel
- went through the add device setting on the tesla screen.
