Body damage opinions/advice

Looking for some opinions and advice. I found a used 2020 M3 Performance for sale at a local dealer(not Tesla). Full Self-driving, white interior, only 6k miles. Good price, but one big issue. Not sure what would have caused the damage (see pics), but wondering how hard this would be to fix and what kind of cost I would be looking at(so I can ask the dealer to reduce the price).

Exactly.

If the battery was compomised in any way - stay away. Hard to gauge that sometimes so beware.

Also, the rocker is one piece with the rear quarter panel and upper door frame on these cars. And underneath there are a few different types of metal there. Some of which (aluminium etc) Tesla does not officially endorse repairing... instead they will want to replace entire sections of sheet metal, lots of welding etc.
