Sorry, but I won't be much help.
In April 2020, 1 month after getting my car I had to get some dings fixed. Some others suggested Dent Solutions in Gahanna/New Albany. This was during the beginning of the pandemic, so I didn't think too much of it taking a week, when it was estimated to take 3 days. They had Safelite come by to pry off the side triangle window and the trim, so I would get a very even clear coat. The dings and scratches are totally gone, and it appeared perfect. Initially, I thought they did a good job, and they were very familiar with Teslas.
When the weather got nicer and I was able to hand wash the car, I did not like the appearance of the paint. In the sunlight, if you look closely, their paint work appears to have streaks in it, and it is not flawless. Maybe if you were on the lookout for this issue when they finished it, you could get satisfaction.
