Spark EV has a manual switch aft of shifter to electrically engage Parking Brake but forgetting that, as is usually the case, the car can be fairly easily pushed back and forth (some 6 inches total) taking up the driveline slack. I'm guessing what is stopping me is the extra force needed to get the motor to begin turning. If the Bolt is setup this way it could have been pushed while in PARK without leaving tire tracks. So another car or a few guys.
