This heavy equipment boom truck has actually a crane that can reach the length of the truck bed. But, this is often an Issue. For that, we would like to look for an absolute rotary encoder. We need this to position multiple stabilizers
like crane. Do you think that will help? Would you know any company who sells those encoders?

Thanks for the suggestion, My main concern though is the cost since Dynapar is quite known in the industry. I am not sure though although, I once contacted them before but that was for vector motors. Anyway, I appreciate your suggestion and I will definitely look into it. Many thanks.
