Boombox not visible in UK cars?

Hello all

Got my 2021 Model 3 and did the latest update. I read the notes and got excited with the new Boombox feature.

However, I don't see it in the Toybox.

I read on YouTube that this is because EU cars don't have a external speaker due to laws.

Question is, is it true that there isn't a physical speaker there, or is the speaker there but software has just deactivated its use due to the laws?
