If the OP bought a car with Ludicrous mode, he would know it because the cost of the car would be significantly higher than the cost of a car without Ludicrous mode. And the 0-60 time should be around 2.8 seconds. This is unmistakable when reviewing the car on the website. Second, the sales agreement specifically says "Ludicrous Mode" on it on a separate line. If you didn't pay significantly more for your car than for a MX 90D and/or you didn't get the separate line entry that states you have Ludicrous on your sales agreement, then you aren't guaranteed to have Ludicrous. I did pay significantly more, I did get the separate line item, and I do have Ludicrous and Ludicrous(+) on my car. Why Tesla would advertise the car is a P90DL when it's not a P90DL is a mistake on their part, but I don't know if you have legal recourse if you don't have the separate line item on your sales agreement or if you didn't pay significantly more for the car.
