I already installed the Tesla front mud flaps and wanted a pair for the rear, but didn't want to pay a lot
because it seems the flaps are only sold in sets of 4. I paid under $20 shipped (from China).
I found these on AliExpress and installed the rears yesterday.

They seem to be good quality and fit perfectly. I chose to have them delivered from China vs U.S. because it is cheaper.
Even coming from China, they only took around 10 days to get here. They DO NOT include new pop rivets (although they
are pictured with the flaps), and the originals
are too short to hold the flaps on, so plan ahead, and if you don't have them on hand, pick some up. I believe the length of
a new rivet to be 7/8". Current ones seem to be 3/4".
