Brake rotor scratched

I noticed when I was adding air to tires.
Probably something went in between pad and the rotor I think.
There's no vibration and brake quality decrease yet.
What should I do? Should I make an appointment with Tesla? How urgent?
Normal brake shops, would they treat this OK?
Most likely instead of resurfacing, they would change it, then do I need specific parts?
Also if one is changed the other one on the same axle needs to be changed?

Thanks!

Most any competent brake shop can turn the rotors to take something like this out. They would be able to see and clear any rock/debris stuck in a pad while rotor is being turned. Not expensive but I haven’t done it in 15 years. They have limits on how much rotor material they can remove and if it’s too deep you’ll need to replace the rotor. I’d be concerned if the rock is still in there. The scratch itself is probably not a big deal. The pads will be fine even it a pebble had been imbedded as long as it’s removed. Pad material wears away when braking and will smooth out any divot left behind. Ignoring a rock in your pad will just continue to score it like a record needle. A rock in your slide shims won’t score a rotor like that.
