Brake squeal?

I hadn't complained about the brakes making a noise, but they must have noticed the brakes squealing after I had to take my car in to have the front bumper removed and repainted because of a deep gouge noted at delivery. I got an email saying that they had corrected the brake issue at no charge:

Concern: Customer: Rear brakes make a squeal while driving at low speeds.

Corrections: Rear Park Brake Caliper Release

Confirmed customer's concern. Rear caliper clips were broken causing the pin to slide and make contact with the rotor causing the noise.
Clips have been replaced and noise no longer present.

I just noticed my brakes make a squeal when in reverse. Just started happening. Vin is 33XXX. So does mine qualify for the fix?

Schedule an appointment with an SC/Mobile Service - they need to replace two pins in the rear wheel(s) that is squeaking.

Take a good look around the car incase there is damage after the service is completed (you never know if they'll drop a tool).
