I was wondering if their is an association with the car you own/like and the breed of dog you have, because I have noticed a lot of people on here have Retrievers or their cousin Labradors.

Or is there another dog breed popular among TMC members? Or perhaps their is no pattern with the car you own and dog you have?

Edit: I have a Golden Retriever.

I have a Pitbull/Lab mix and a Pit/something mix. Both adore people but are maniacs in the car...they will be traveling in my wife's car :)

I had a black lab/golden retriever mix. Now have a yorkie/bichon mix that probably weighs 9lbs soaking wet.

One could also peruse the "Dog's in a Model S" thread:

I'm requesting the Off Topic mods to merge this with the fine old thread Woofer mentioned; in the mean time many Model S owners have met our two Alaskan Malamutes, Aurora and Borealis (that's Borealis in my avatar shot).

As have, to their everlasting dread of coming to work if they hear our car is coming in, the detailers used by our Service Center.....

Bernese Mt. Dog and Papillion. Interesting size differences but you can guess which one is the alpha dog:). It is not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of fight in the dog :)
