Why oh why do the Tories always react and cater for those who never vote for them ?....all the left wing, in the bubble, noise made them sack Boris....then his replacement....till finally we get the one man nobody wanted...who proceeds to sack more people who’s outspokenness could have won them an election.
These grand strategies are never as good as backing a politician that has the instinctual feel for what the country thinks...Boris had it...and I think Suella has it too

That's dry humour. I thought you were serious for a second.

Perhaps slash S at the end for the tired/distracted?

Since three of the countries on the list only involves a bus ride....it’s strange that those young are still living in France.
One of those meaningless surveys me thinks

Good point, I also don't think that by just crossing one European border there will be a big difference.
Also speaking another language can be a bigger challenge than thought and might limit ability to climb easily the ladder.

What is a little skew and difficult to compare with USA or Canada, is that many European states are considered "socialist"
meaning that a large majority of the population work as public servant.

So they might not have the salary that private companies offer like in the US but they have a lot of social benefits,
job protection, retirement, also education is mostly free and public transportation is often heavily subsidized.

Criticizing the government and often going in strike, hoping that this will improve the economic situation is more common than in the US.

"Food price fears as Brexit import charges revealed"

"Small imports of products such as fish, salami, sausage, cheese and yoghurt will be subject to fees of up to £145 from 30 April."

More Brexit impacts that will increase costs of food imports in the UK, and potentially reduce choice.

Anyone remember Rees-Mogg promising 20% cheaper food as a result of Brexit......? where are those "sunlit uplands"?
