Okay, back from a road trip - Model S and 1,401 miles - just great - and looking forward to a Sunday Drive for whoever can make it this

Sunday, April 28th at 11 am, leaving from Lexington.

Exact location for departure to be determined very soon. Stay tuned.

See this post above for details of the route:

Bringing back the Sunday drive - Page 2

Low key: Drive - Lunch - Drive. A few select stops along the way. All welcome of course. I'll need to head to work after so won;t be lingering, but anyone welcome to charge at my place (just let me know please).

Great! Between here and the Tesla Forum, we have a quorum. Will post meeting place here ASAP, and the route by Wed night.
If anyone is around Wednesday and has time, It'd be great to test the planned ride; ironically I have to have the car serviced Wednesday (not a big deal), and otherwise will not be able to finalize the route until Thursday eve.

Anyone able to take me shotgun Wed morning/late morn/early afternoon? Have to be back by 230pm...

Would have been happy to help but Wed is the one day this week I'm working ALL day. :-( See you Sunday!!

Hi everyone,

Jim and I went over the route yesterday and it should be a lot of fun. We hope to pick a route that avoided the commercial and industrial areas hopping to hind the quaint little back roads.

Thing we could done
Coffee in Lexington (planned)
Ice creams off Rt-225 in Carlisle (not planned)
Lunch at the air field in Stow (planned)
or what ever we find along the way

Sunday, April 28th at 11 am
lets meet at "100 Edison Way, Lexington, MA" in the rear parking lot where three charge points are located. This is in the heart of down town Lexington so if your early grab a snack.

Sunday Drive Route (2 hours / 54 miles, plus a stop for lunch at the air field)

If you want to join up with up while we are out and about give me a call and I'll let you know where we are. Brian 617 460-3571

Nice route!

Can't wait.

Sunday Drive, April 28th, 11am, as above - 100 Edison Way - how appropriate. Historic Lexington.

We shall begin in the horse-steps of Paul Revere, 238 years and 9 days later, heading by the Lexington Battle Green, through Minuteman National Park into Concord Center, The Old North Bridge and the site of the first shot fired in The American Revolution. That was the revolution before the Electric Vehicle Revolution, you might recall. Through Carlisle and into Acton and Boxborough, where Nancy awaits us for Brunch at The Airfield Cafe. We'll head back through Acton and Lincoln and into Lexington again.

Looks like a good crowd - ALL are welcome! Chargepoints x several at 100 Edison Way, our starting point.
Try to chime in if you can make it so we can set a number for Brunch.

Brian thanks for plotting the course!

You guys OK if we come in our Nissan Leaf (probably can't make the entire route, so will bail early) or the Volt? I won't have my MS until late may, early June.
