Broken bluetooth and wifi

I own Tesla Model S 85 ix.2015 version 2020.12
The bluetooth and wifi stopped working and also the application cannot connect to the car.
That is why I cannot arrange appointment at a service center via the application.
Even though because I am in Bulgaria I have to cross 4 borders to the nearest one in the middle of covid-19
Anyway...
My question is: Does the bluetoot, wifi and 3G is one module? Cause as I know I can ask for a retrofit to 4G

No. Just did the 3G update and the main screen recall swap. Still no Bluetooth, web, or call ability, but it has a radio now.
