No worries, I was in your shoes, and Tesla service was just as clueless 2 years ago as they are now to this problem. Lots of frustration on my part too.

These are the parts that have been replaced, they had to replace the MCU.

That list of parts was all replaced in 1 visit. I guess they're somehow related, I don't know.

My GPS was playing HAVOK as you described, when i first collected my car.

I had to take my car in to service twice, lucky for me, they let me roll in without an appointment at that time (before M3's launched), and they fixed it on site twice.

The problem sort of resolved itself after V.9 update.
I heard it was quite a common problem with MCU2.

Wow. None of those options are appropriate. I can't believe they are trying to convince you this is normal behavior or that another new car will have this issue.

Once you handed the money to Tesla, you're SOL. They don't care about you anymore, it's all about the next sale.

I have had bad experiences with Tesla Service but at the end of the day they have fixed all of my issues. It may take them a while.
