Broken plastic piece at lower windshield

Has anyone had this issue? I took delivery of my Model 3 a month ago. When I drove at 60+ mph, I heard a flapping noise. It took a while, but I finally found the source. There is a broken plastic piece at the outer lower driver-side windshield. Looks pretty fragile.

That looks abnormal. You can compare it with the other side. The bottom of the windshield glass should not be covered with anything.

Could you open the hood up? That could be the cover below the windshield wiper to cover the windshield fluid reservoir, 12V battery...

The other side has this, too, but the square hole is not broken. Tesla gonna fix it for free.
