So I had RFS installed during my car repair at a certified repair center (Brooks), and now about 2 weeks later, one of the hinge brackets snapped (broken weld).

Two week old, Rev D seats. WTF?

Waiting to see if it's a repair or replacement on the seat assembly or bracket.
$3k for this and this happens? Seriously?

Tesla is going to replace the whole seat assembly. My car is at the Fremont Service center. Hopefully back today.

I had the strap that you lift it up and down with break. They fixed it under warranty rather quickly.

Seat replaced. Yet again Tesla stood behind the service and quality. It's worth noting!
