Broken wire, or normal?

This point of view is from laying underneath the frunk, looking up at the brake fluid reservoir. Can anyone tell me what this connector is, and if this 2nd wire needs to be connected to anything?

Are you sure that's a wire? It looks like some sort of push pin.

That’s probably not a wire, but a rubber bung to seal an unused pin

I think that is the first responders loop, and it’s supposed to look that way, with just the one brown wire connected.
