Dropped by today. They are extending the parking lot to the South. Not much going on inside the building since the last time I posted. I'll check again in a week or two.

A blue performance in Brownsville? How have we not run into each other? That’s exciting for me. Sorry.

Anywho, a coworker who’s family member owns the restaurant next door told me about the new service center. I drove past it a cpl weeks back. Looked identical to your pics.

if I get forced to go to HRL again I’ll swing in there to look for progress. Looks like it’s moving at the typical valley pace.

Please keep checking when you can.

I'm curious - have you seen an increase in the number of Teslas on SPI for the launch of SN8 off of Boca Chica Beach? I was on the Island a few days ago and saw cars with California and Florida plates with "SpaceX" badges. I would think we'll start to see more out of state Teslas coming to watch launches - all the more reason to get the Brownsville SC built.

Yes. Significant uptick in black model 3’s specifically. I saw a blue performance on the island last weekend. Looks like the numbers are increasing in the RGV. I I know my work has seen an increase. We have a blue model s performance, a grey model x performance, my car, a white dual motor 3, a black unknown config 3, a blue LRRWD 3, and a red unknown variant 3. Not that I stalk them...

I work in Brownsville. Have been seeing two black model 3’s on Hwy 48 almost daily. Yesterday it was just one of them. (One has black trim, other chrome).
Please keep checking when you can.

From today. I took the liberty of driving around back where you can see the bay doors. Also there was a small crew of workers doing drywall work it looked like.

I didn’t see anything that hinted superchargers are coming. The electrical goes into the bldg on the North side so maybe it will happen over there? (Currently dirt).

A permit has already been granted for the Superchargers to be installed at the HEB on Paredes Line Road and the expressway. Of course, that permit is 309 days old, but still . . . .

Interesting. Wonder which they will end up doing? Given how long my pool is taking down here I now entirely believe that valley time is the slowest time.
