Browser pops up now every time I turn the M3 on

I logged into Youtube TV on my browser at a stop a couple days ago and now when I start the car it pops up full screen on tv.youtube.com when I turn the car on. When I drive it goes away but can't figure out how to stop this? Of course I've closed out the browser each time using the X but doesn't seem to help.

I searched and found a lot of "browser" posts but none about this specifically.
