BT calls intermittently working. Car won't respond to commands involving phone.

Over the last month, my M3 keeps having issues with BT calls and commands involving my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Roughly 70% of the time, callers cannot hear me but I can hear them. Sometimes the calls don't come through my speakers at all. When I use iphone voice commands through the car, like trying to text, I get an error.

I have 2022.20.9. I have reset the car. Nothing changes.

Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution?
