Buy used M3 2019 from Tesla and save $10k or new M3 2021?

yeah I unfortunately don't qualify for the $2k CA rebate since there some eligibility restrictions. That said there's indeed some 800$ discount offered by PG&E I think.

2. Has anyone had some experiences with Tesla used car sales? In what condition are the used cars? Unfortunately tesla doesn't provide any real world pics (only renders), so it's a bit unclear in what condition the car will be - it however has only 4400 miles.

Although it may already be too late for the used one, I have bought 2 used cars and 1 new car from Tesla, All three purchases were very smooth. First, used car from West Palm Beach store. They used to send pics at the time, but they used ti charge $2,500 up front. Second, used car from Orlando, also they sent me pics for this one. Third one was new from the Dania Beach store.

Again all three deliveries were on time and very smooth, no issues whatsoever.
