Buying a P90D in 2023

Hello all,
I am former owner of a 2012 P85 that I bought in 2017 (only with 16K miles), so I dove a little into the used tesla world with a gen1. I want to get advice from the community on a purchase I'm debating..... P90D for Sale Here is the link to the car I'm interested in, $39,900, right below my budget. 1 owner, MCU2 upgrade, no air suspension (what I want), I've checked it out in person and it's dang near immaculate, drives well. Problem I'm having is the miles. In today's world is 114K miles too much to have a concern of battery degradation? We did a quick half-a** test and calculated a degradation of about 14%, but the car wasn't fully charged and I don't know how it was driven prior. Anything else someone would be concerned about for a 7 year old S? Thanks for you thoughts.
