Buying tip for ebay purchases

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
I have experienced this a few times recently, and now I don't buy an item as soon as I see it.

If you place the item on your watch list, typically (not all sellers do this) a day or two after I
begin watching it, I receive a discounted offer from the seller.
For example, yesterday I placed a Spigen screen protector on my watch list. The package had
been opened, but seller (almost 100% feedback) said item is still new. Today I received an email
from ebay that the seller is offering me the item for 15% less than the buy it now. I bought the
Spigen screen protector for only $21.68 with free shipping. He originally had it listed for $25.
I've never seen this brand sell so cheap. I am not at all worried about it being in new condition,
because I can always get a refund if it was misrepresented.
I've got fingerprints all over my screen, so looking forward to getting this installed.
Also having my Xpel tint installed Wednesday, May 12. My car was delivered May 1.

Hope this post help some of you save some $$$.
