Buying Used MS - Inspection Services?

Looking at buying a used MS from a private party. Does anyone have experience with third party inspection companies? I know of a few of them, but don't know if any of them have meaningful Tesla experience.

I'd suggest agreeing to buy the car, contingent upon having the closest Tesla service center do an inspection. If the car is in good shape, the seller should have no issue with that.

There will likely be some issues crop up. Hopefully they will be warranty. If not you may have to negotiate.

I have a hard time believing that anybody else out there is qualified to do that inspection.
