Bypassing Safety for ADAS Systems Should be Treated Like DUI!

The title says it all. The idiots hanging weights on their stearing wheels and climbing in the back seat are going cost lives and delay the development of FSD by causing problems with the "Nanny State" regulators. I am sure that other car manufacturers have the same kinds of problems. States need to pass laws that deliberately bypassing these safety features should be as serious as driving under the influence.

I whole heartedly agree that it should be illegal, but I'm not sure if it will fly as a DUI. I mean more thought as in how it should be classified.

Yes. Defining the elements of the crime needs a bunch of lawyers.
