CA HOV sticker reapplication and paint protection solution

First time to post. Thought I'd share my solution for applying the terrible California HOV stickers. I found a special fabric sticker material that leaves no adhesive residue and can be reapplied something like 100 times. Rather than try to cut the material out with scissors, I wanted the result to be perfect. So I had two sets die-cut to the exact shape within < 1 mm.

I have been using this for about a month now. Works perfectly. The trick is to make sure the car is totally clean so that the sticker backing stays clean as well. I just keep the stickers on wax paper in the glove box and slap them on when I know I will be commuting alone on the freeway. I also take them off before a wash.

I think these are not permanent enough for daily use? I wanted to do the PPF trick, but the front of my car already has PPF.

Will these stick to PPF and still be removable? Is there a way to can just get a piece for the front sticker?
