just ordered a set,
thx for finding & working this out!
First time to post. Thought I'd share my solution for applying the terrible California HOV stickers. I found a special fabric sticker material that leaves no adhesive residue and can be reapplied something like 100 times. Rather than try to cut the material out with scissors, I wanted the result to be perfect. So I had two sets die-cut to the exact shape within < 1 mm.

I have been using this for about a month now. Works perfectly. The trick is to make sure the car is totally clean so that the sticker backing stays clean as well. I just keep the stickers on wax paper in the glove box and slap them on when I know I will be commuting alone on the freeway. I also take them off before a wash.

Yeah, the preorder code expired once I bought them and started shipping them out to folks. There are still couple dozen left out of the 100 I ordered."preorder" not working for me .. too late for the discount??
I met up with a member of this forum who was nearby and we tested it on his PPF. Worked really well in our quick test.I'd also like to confirm whether these will work if PPF is already applied... has anyone tried this yet?
Thanks for the ingenuity!
I don't have post reaction privileges yet but want to thank you for sharing your test results. I've now purchased and will update if there turns out to be issues with PPF.I met up with a member of this forum who was nearby and we tested it on his PPF. Worked really well in our quick test.
Email sent. Thanks.@skylargray any possibility of meeting up with you in Orange County to purchase clean cling sticker? Please email me at [email protected] if you do! Thanks!
Let me check on bulk pricing. Will report back soon.
I tested in on another member’s Model 3 with PPF film already on his car. Came off cleanly no problems, no residue, no effect on the PPF or the clean-cling.@skylargray Do these stickers work on a car that already has PPF on it? Can it be easily removed without damaging the underlying film that is already on the car?
Any word on getting these updated for the new purple stickers?
I'm interested in these for the new purple stickers as well. The purple stickers are larger than the red stickers.
