Wanted to just say thanks to everyone posting their experiences here - it's helped take the edge off of my own estimated dates going all over the place (and currently stuck july 8-28), not knowing what to expect, being ghosted by my SA, etc. This final week and a half is going to be brutal (and, at this rate, all of july!!). 
I can't imagine going through this and not knowing about this site. (Also, info submitted to the spreadsheet - the least I could do!)

Got to say that if I have to wait until August, that's going to suck.
My model y is supposed to be delivered yesterday by 6:00 pm. It was delivered at 6:06 pm. Everything looks excellent, except a panel is not aligned to the door seal properly on the driver side. Already scheduled a mobile service for this Wed. I want to thank everyone for my support while going through the roller coaster of forever-changing EDDs every day.

I just got off the phone with the Seaside Tesla. I have my VIN but the car is still in production and should be released in the
next two days. I am having home delivery but was just told that I have to pay all costs in advance to have the car brought to me.
That is odd since SFCU says clearly that they will not release funds until I send them the signed paperwork that I have accepted the car.
I won't accept the car until I inspect it. Anyone else have experience with this catch-22?

That’s great! I ordered MYLR White Exterior, Black Interior, 5 Seats, Induction wheels, with tow, and without FSD On 4/3 from SA in Rocklin.
Wonder if they forgot about us Early April 3rd customers? Sure hope I am not getting played since they increased the cost and I am supposedly locked in. Maybe not delivering is a strategy hoping I cancel?!

Given 5 to 9 week delivery estimate too. Guess I should have known that meant 16 to never for some and 2 to 4 weeks for others

I noticed something that I haven't seen anyone mention, on the Model Y ordering page. My understanding had been that you get the FSD computer regardless of whether you purchase the $10k FSD option or not, and then it's just a SW enable if you do eventually opt in.
However now on the ordering page, one of the items listed under the FSD option is 'Full Self-Driving Computer' implying that if you don't take this option, the HW may be different. Does anyone know about this? My pessimism is making me think there is a chip shortage of the FSD chip silicon and we are getting a lesser unit, could also explain why the delivery seems to be taking longer for non-FSD.

Just curious, have you already received appointment scheduling message?
We have the same profile completion date, similar configs and I’ve received VIN an hour before you.
