Cabin airflow problem

I am wondering if my car is not working correctly. In my model 3 it was great that you could direct the airflow from the dashboard vents right at your face or even above your head. . In my Y when putting the airflow as high as possible it only hits the back of steering wheel hub. It can’t even hit me in the face. The passenger side does the same thing. Is everyone else’s dashboard ventilation the same. I hope my can be fixed.

Are you adjusting the direction of the airflow? HVAC display, using the touchscreen, slide your fingers in front of the displayed dash vents to direct the airflow.

Yes I am very familiar with the vent control putting all the air as high as I can and it only goes as high as my throat unlike my model 3

Just checked mine. It is capable of blowing air at my forehead. Have it checked out.
