Cabin heat not working

Cabin heat isn't working on my 2015 MS-P85D. Only cold air from below or on defrost. There was a firmware update that caused this once before so posting to see if anyone else has seen this recently. Otherwise I'll open a service ticket.

A firmware update broke your heating system? !!! Which version?

Can't remember the exact version. I think it was late 2015 or early 2016.
