Cabin overheat protection no longer working

Turn the manual fan setting on the AC to automatic. Cabin Overheat AC fans must be in automatic because it vents the cabin at varying rates and cannot override when the fans speeds are set to manual. Cabin overheat only works with AC in auto, more the 20% SOC anc no longer than 12 consecutive hours.
It doesn’t matter what the climate settings are during previous drive. Cabin Overheat sets climate to whatever it needs on its own.

Cabin Overheat Protection only remains active for 12 hours after you park. As you have determined if you don't drive the vehicle you need to remotely unlock the Tesla, then re-lock the vehicle (this can be done by using the Tesla app) to reset the 12 hour clock.
Helpful abd found this to be true but I didn’t think of setting reminder for me on my phone. Wish it worked beyond 12 hours without locking unlocking to reset it
