So I posted on Friday and starting watching this thread...plates came yesterday. So less than a month.

I'm speculating that there was a delay due to the govt shutdown over the holiday. Mine did take about a month before plates arrived, but I enjoyed the no plate look while it lasted

HOV carpool sticker registration is a separate form you have to fill out. I unknowingly didn't apply for a month expecting them to come with the plates...Check out here: Clean Air Vehicle Decals - High Occupancy Vehicle Lane Usage
