Not sure this is the correct spot to post this, also not sure this has been discussed before. I just got an update from the Manager of the California clean vehicle rebate program on availability of funds. If you are taking delivery in the April/May time frame and have a 60 on order there is a $2500 rebate available on the Tesla S. The question I asked was if you run out of funds before I take delivery, will there be more funding of the program. I was told that the California Energy Commission may fund an additional $5,000,000 in 2013. Also if the funds do run out before you can apply, there will be a waiting list created. You can then get on the waiting list and when the funding occurs you will get your refund based on your place on the list. This program is funded through 2015. Hope this is helpful info for anyone in California.
