Anyone else who ordered around the time/place I did experiencing the same situation? I'm losing hope that my vehicle will arrive by the 31st :/

I've had to reach out personally to get any kind of response. Talked to a manager at DC, Vegas call center, and a pop up telsa booth at the Irvine spectrum. All they tell me is by end of year... But this was week ago. 6 more days to go.

Same here. Ordered on 12/4. Nothing as of today. Called Tesla several times and always got the same response that I should wait for a few days...The only difference is that they told me I’ve been assigned a delivery specialist however I guess everyone who placed an order would be assigned one...

So the bow were put on random cars by the DC or did you ask for it?

My guess is they probably have a few of them and just move them around from car to car as people are shown their cars for the first time. Just my assumption though.

I think you still have a good chance. The SR+ waiting room has a lot of people claiming a 12/31 build and delivery date for Northern California. So if they start building them as late as 12/29 that still gives them enough time to get them down to Southern California for a 12/31 delivery date. They may screw up your New Years plans but I think they will give you the option to close before end of year.

Yeah I saw that. However, it seems like those lucky ones in NorCal received some communication from Tesla that this would be happening. I am not sure why they wouldn't do the same for us down in So Cal but yeah.. Tesla and their communication...

There’s still a chance. I got my appointment text yesterday for 12/30 pickup. Same build as JasonAnthony and ordered on 12/5. Marina Del Rey DC. Good luck guys.

They just put it on. I never asked for it. But I saw multiple cars with bows!

that’s intense, 2 days from being built to sold. Hopefully no bad weather during transportation to SoCal. Damn, many people will be pissed off at canceling their nye plans but damn new car!

You are given a few days to photo and submit any issues you have, at least that was the way it was with my car and what some others have stated at their delivery.

I ordered 11/29 Buena Park SR+ Basic Config on 11/29 and just got my VIN on my MVPA just now. Just wait a little more and you should be next!

I live in Bakersfield, 90 miles north of LA, way west and near the I5. My husband was checking out the Superchargers at I5 and Stockdale, then I5 and Rosedale (all full with holiday travelers) and in that short drive saw FOUR semis loaded with Model 3s headed southbound.

They’re coming!!
