California VINs: are you still waiting?

looks like they’re shutting prod for a few days. Have a feeling my car will be built after they resume production.

I have the same specs and dates as you. Not sure if you were a line-waiter. I reserved online before the reveal. I noticed from the spreadsheet today that several in our group were receiving VINs in the past couple of days. Lets hope we're right around the corner, and won't be put on hold for the shutdown period.

What does "the call" look like...? Can someone post (area_code) Prefix-(redacted) so we know which call to answer ?
I heard that they are usually from a Las Vegas area code ?

I have the same config and will be picking up in Marina Del Rey as well, but unfortunately I waited until the 27th to lock it in. Hoping I get my VIN soon! I am seriously getting antsy. Got any plans for additions post pickup?

Pretty basic. De-aero, full frontal PPF is at about 90% likely. Thinking about something over the piano black console, maybe brushed titanium or black from RPM Tesla...plus lots of driving!

Got an email from my ISA today (11 days after VIN) at 4:30 PM saying car was on its way to San Diego. Asked for loan information since I'm financing on my own. No delivery date yet, but should be soon!

Did you contact or email them before your ISA emailed you? I got my VIN on the 15th and still waiting on that calll. San diego as well

I called them last week on the 12th, and they didn't really say anything. Just said that someone probably would contact me the following week (i.e. this week) for a possible delivery the week after that. Very vague. I don't feel like contacting them made any difference at all in my case.

Delivery 4/21 Costa Mesa 4:45 who else will be there?!?

Delivery was 4/25 originally but I asked if it could be sooner so they squeezed me in 4/21.

The Specialist didn’t give me an option.
I suppose you can call Tesla after you’ve configured, before your car is shipped.
