Calling Tesla Delivery Department

Hi, has anybody else been able to get thru to a human when attempting to call the Delivery department at any canadian location?

I've been trying to call the lawrence service center and nobody ever picks up. I've attempted to leave voice mails as well as tried to be redirected to HQ.

When I am redirected to HQ, I choose Canada > Existing Order, then the phone just hangs up, every single time. I must've tried calling at least 50 times with different combinations of options and have NEVER been able to get thru to a person.

Please let me know if you have had better luck and what combination of redirect options did you choose?

Here is a similar experience I keep it in my "Tesla don't do this to me" file.

I Dialed: 1 888 518 3752, But after "Delivery to Canada", and "Transfer to a Specialist" ..... I'm always back to a dial tone.
This has happened 5 times. can't something that simple be fixed?

That is right on the Tesla website.
Hit 2 for sales and you should get through.

Hey I've actually tried that before. There is always people answer the sales calls, but the moment I mention it is regarding my delivery, they say to transfer me to delivery department, and then shortly after the phone hangs up.

I have some questions regarding my delivery appointment. I was originally waiting for my plates to arrive so they moved my appointment back to June 30. But then it arrived 2 days later so I went down to Lawrence center to give them the plates and they said they will move it up to the next available car but on my account it still shows June 30th. My original appointment was June 6th. My plates arrived on June 8th, had i known, i would've just asked them to hold the car 2 more days.

The day I went down to give them my plates, the person told me that they are expecting large numbers of shipments in the coming week and I would most likely be matched with a car early this week. Still did not hear anything yet, which is why I was gonna call to ask if they even put me back on the queue.
 
My VIN has gone from my account, this is a bit of a worry as I sent the wire transfer yesterday. My delivery manager's phone is off and when I call Tesla delivery on the main number. I get a message that I am calling out of hours (it's 9:40am) The wheels are well and truly off.
