I tested this project while camping this weekend. Built into the frunk: A 1500W inverter, water pump, shower head with 10' hose, 10 Gallon tank, water heater, 12v plug for an electric portable fridge, 2 AC plugs, usb plugs, and a wooden shelf to hold it all that pops into a platform. Campla. Worked super well. Allowed us to cook, make coffee, have hot water, charge devices, keep our food/drinks cold in the camp fridge... all electric. Another big advantage of driving electric.

How is it all hooked up? Directly to the 12V battery under the frunk trim?

Yes. I added a fuse to limit the current draw and an on/off switch.
