Can’t add payment method for future transactions

I deleted my card on file for future purchases then tried to add a new one and get a message

“Sorry, your credit card could not be saved at this time, please try again later.”

I’ve tried many times and checked all the card info and I keep getting the same message.
Is there a way to contact Tesla and give them this info directly.

Good luck trying to speak with someone - I've heard it's not too easy.
I update my cc expiration date today by going to my account and deleting
card on file as you did. Then I was able to enter new cc info - no problems.
