Can anyone help, Creep mode will not stay on

Our model Y will allow Creep mode to be turned on in Park,
soon as you go to Drive it de-activates.!

The icon should "fade" once you get in drive because you cannot change it while you drive. The car should creep if that's what you have set in Park though. Does it creep or not?

No mate, it just defaults back into standard mode. On our last Model 3 it did exactly what you said. Think i need an engineer to reset sometthing, cos its not connecting to our wi-fi to get its updates...

When you are in Park, make sure your driving profile is active so that it saves to that. You might be saving it to the Easy Entry profile.
