Can I claim EV tax credit for the second time in 2023 if I received tax credit for another electric plugin car in 2020?

I had claimed EV federal tax credit for my Honda Clarity Plug in electric in 2020. I am currently planning to buy a Model Y in January 2023 with the hope of applying for the new EV tax credit for Tesla. My question is I am eligible to apply for the second time or is there any requirement/limit on how many times (e.g every 3 years, one time only etc) you can claim the credit??

There was some confusing language in there regards to every 3 years but I think it's just for the used credit. I think yes you can apply for the credit.
