Can I set schedule charge from the app?

I like being able to set a schedule (not recurring). However I have to go to the car to do this each time. If anyone knows how to do it from the app please let me know.

i don't think you can from the official tesla app. but there are 3rd party ones that will allow you to. you can even set different times throughout the week

Does "Dashboard for Tesla" cause some amount of vampire drain? I've been on Teslafi and Tesla Scope, and they both cause some amount of vampire drain. I learned some things about my car from them but ultimately stopped using them to prevent the batteries from running down when I was not using the car. I have to park in the sun where I work, and I have enough battery drain from the overheat protection to the extent that more battery drain is just not acceptable to me. On a hot day here in Arlington, VA, I lose 5-6% from overheat protection when not driving the car. I'm told that's average.

i'm not sure if it contributes to vampire drain. i imagine it's not too bad as it really only sends commands and updates only when being used (as opposed to data gathering apps that periodically collect info all day).
