Yes you can, but it is costly. On the order of $2500 or so because you have to order the new textile seats. I am looking into other options of getting heated memory seats on my 2013 as well.

Is that $2500 per seat, or $2500 total to replace all the seats?

It should be the front two seats only. I think I was wrong about the price, but there is no way for me to be sure. The second comment on this thread claims he got it done, but he doesn't list price. Retrofits and Upgrades to the Model S | Tesla

Wk057 did an upgrade from original leather to next gen seats for $6400. I expect the textile seats could be cheaper? Who knows.
