Can someone tell me what this sound is?

Noticed this sound coming from my car last night. Went driving and still made the sound while the car was moving. Continued to make the sound after I parked it again. Is this something I need to be alarmed about? I'd like to bring it in for service before my warranty expires if so. Since it happens when the car isn't moving as well, I was thinking maybe it was an air suspension thing, but maybe someone has experienced it before.

The recording quality isn't great but the sound is much louder in person.

This morning the sound is gone. It seems loudest right by the front wheels.

My car made this noise just after the software update pushed for “battery longevity”. It ran for about 45min or an hour, after this I have not heard it again. After the next charge up I suddenly have 4-5miles of rated range more.

The service center also told me the noise is normal after taking it in and charging me $200.00 for the diagnosis.
