Can Tesla Engineering Employees give FSD Beta to friends?

Somewhat selfish of me but I wouldn't mind hitting up my college friends who currently work there if they "could". Any success stories of having a contact at Tesla getting FSD beta for you?

Honestly, it depends on their level within the engineering group. If his role is engineering new parts for change overs and he has no interaction with autopilot team, probably not (just depending on his contacts).

It wouldn't hurt to touch base with him and ask if he could shed any insight on a wider release, and maybe jokingly suggest he could get it pushed to you.
